Refund policy
At Aurelisse, we take pride in delivering premium quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Return / Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products (jewelry & personalized items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
We only offer replacement in case:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video (mandatory) clearly showing the issue
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claims.
3. Replacement Process
Once verified:
- A replacement will be shipped within 3β5 working days
- No extra charges will be applied
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. Only replacements are provided for valid claims.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
